A semicircle-shaped pie made with sour milk dough. The filling can be: meat, vegetables, mixed, cheese and curd or sweet. Khingalash are baked in a hot, fat-free frying pan, then quickly dipped in warm boiled water to remove the soot, brushed with butter, and stacked on a plate.
